Built Out of Frustration.

Digitgenics started in 2019 when our founder Pulkit Kahlya was working inside Jaipur's business ecosystem and kept watching the same thing happen over and over again: great local businesses — clinics, retailers, manufacturers, professional services — were paying significant retainers to agencies and getting nothing but monthly slide decks in return.

The agencies weren't bad at their jobs. They were just optimising for the wrong thing — client retention through impressive-looking reports rather than actual business growth. The business owner would see "10,000 impressions" and not know whether that meant anything. It rarely did.

We asked a simple question: what if an agency were built around one metric — did the client's business grow? Everything else would follow from that.

So we started small. Our first three clients were a dental clinic in Malviya Nagar, a coaching institute in Vaishali Nagar, and a textile exporter in Sitapura. We ran their campaigns with full transparency, connected every rupee of ad spend to an outcome, and reported honestly — even when results took time.

All three are still clients today. That told us everything.

Five years later, Digitgenics has worked with 100+ businesses across Jaipur, Rajasthan, and India — from single-location clinics to national brands — and the philosophy has never changed.
